The building is located in the re-energized Aksarben Village Area. Pacific Life Insurance occupies floors 2 thru 5 and is accompanied by bars, restaurants, cinema, and high-end shopping. The building connects to a 934 stall parking garage by means of a skywalk located on the upper levels.
The building features three traction elevators, a roof mounted gas operated life safety generator, and an upper floor balcony. The HVAC systems consist of two 50,000 CFM air handling units, two 190 ton air cooled scroll compressor chillers, and two 3,000 MBH boil-ers. The exterior is comprised of high performance reflective blue and clear storefront glass which compliments the multi-colored flat and metallic paneling.
