Construction consisted of a redevelopment of the buildings in the historic Blackstone District of Omaha. Several older building layers that were peeled away to reveal the natural brick walls which once were exterior walls 80 years ago. McNeil Company installed new Plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and process piping for the new Brewery. A 15' x 20' walk-in fully insulated and chilled cooler sits below the tap room and services the taps on the main level.
