This facility includes (12) Multi-story Buildings with 344 units. Located on a 19 acre site, the complex features a 10,290 sf clubhouse with a swimming pool surrounded by lush landscaping and out-door sitting areas. Elevators are installed in 4 of the 12 buildings. All Building are brick with precast and fiber cement lap siding. The complex also provides a fenced in dog park and indoor pet washing station. Units are furnished with washers, dryers, stainless steel appliances and granite kitchen islands.
